| Never had a wheel alignment done before and although I had a coupon for a free alignment had not expected the additional charge....however I was initially told the work would take 1 hour and it took 3 so it was badly out of alignment so the fee was justified. |

| thanks again for the service for Sandy's rear window repair. Although I was advised that there was a part on order, it wasn't until payment time that I was advised of a much higher cost than I anticipated. It would be better to advise clients up front, when a repair can be seen as more than a simple fix. |
